Make Money On Clickbank With Bing Ads (2018) – Step 2 – Keyword Research
2. Do Your Keyword Research
You’ve got to see if this product is a good fit for Bing Ads Traffic.
For example, some niches really don’t get much traffic on Bing, or on search engines at all.
Some products don’t really match up well with the whole search engine strategy.
The best way to know whether or not the product could get some traffic on Bing, you’ll have to do some keyword research.
Here’s a quick video on how to do keyword research using the Free Bing Ads Keyword Tool:
Bing Ads Has a free keyword tool for researching your clickbank product
If you start looking around in the keyword planner, you can start to get a feel for whether or not you’re realistically going to get any traffic to your ads.
You don’t want to waste a bunch of time investing into a product and writing ads for something that there’s no traffic for!
Here are some key metrics to look for
- At least 1,000 searches/month
- Suggested Bid of less than $1.00 CPC
You want a keyword that actually gets searched, and you also want a keyword that isn’t going to be too expensive to bid on.
The weird thing about suggested bids is that they’re not really accurate, they’re just patterns.
So as you start researching more and more keywords, you’ll start to notice which ones get searched for the most, and which ones are the most competitive.
And you should try running ads for a few of them just to see how it works and “get the feel”
Even though you’re going to be using Bing to build your campaigns, you can actually use other keyword tools to help you get a clearer picture of how many searches the keywords get and how competitive these keywords are.
